Design for lasting homes
Residential building design grounded in function, performance, and thoughtful aesthetics.
Residential Design
Custom homes, additions, and remodels designed around how you actually live. Each project is tailored to its site, climate, and construction realities.
We apply building science and performance driven thinking to create homes that are efficient, durable, and well resolved, without sacrificing design quality.

How we work
Design as a coordinated system
We approach each project as an interconnected system where architecture, building science, and construction constraints are considered together from the start.
Design decisions are tested against performance, constructability, and long term use to ensure ideas hold up beyond the drawings.
Selective commercial work
While our primary focus is residential design, we take on select commercial projects when there is a strong fit. Past work includes tenant improvements, small multi unit residential buildings, and light industrial facilities.
